The BE-terna Summit 2022 - Get into the flow!

The BE-terna Summit 2022 was the first group event for our more than 1000 employees. Finally, our team from all countries and locations had the opportunity to meet in person, exchange ideas and have a great time together. The motto of the event was "Get into the flow!", which describes the ease and spirit of working as a strong team towards a common goal.

On 01 July 2022, the time had finally come to welcome our team from 11 countries to the beautiful monastery of Fürstenfeldbruck, in the region of Munich. The event started with an informative and rousing keynote speech by our executive board and the directors of Télefonica Tech. Afterwards, 70 congress sessions, consisting of workshops, panel discussions or fireside talks, were offered by our employees for our employees.

The atmosphere was really extraordinary, with all attendees pouring through the venue to participate in different sessions, meet colleagues for the first time or simply enjoy a coffee. The event came to a brilliant conclusion with a "fishbowl discussion" on the main stage, where all participants were invited on stage to give their opinion on certain topics and developments. Afterwards, our BE-terna team was surprised with an incredible live performance by the band "Groovin Affairs" and a fun-filled party.

The BE-terna Summit 2022 was an unforgettable event! A day that will be remembered, that strengthened our team spirit and that brought so many inspiring people together in one place.
