The internationalisation of BE-terna progresses

With 300 employees, ADACTA implements and optimises business processes with cloud-based Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions and serves customers in the Adriatic region and in the DACH region. In addition, the company implements successful digital integration projects on a global level based on Microsoft Dynamics 365.

The transaction is subject to the usual closing conditions and is expected to close in Q4 2019.
