Retroactively from 01.01.2022, BE-terna is pleased to announce that the merger of heldendaten GmbH with BE-terna GmbH has now been officially completed. The merger will make BE-terna one of the strongest Qlik partners in the European region.
On Friday, 01.04.2022, the merger of heldendaten GmbH with BE-terna GmbH was effectively registered under civil and corporate law. Therefore, heldendaten is now officially part of BE-terna, retroactively as of 01.01.2022.Founded in 2012, heldendaten, originally based in Salzburg/Grödig, Austria, is certified as a Qlik Elite Solution Provider and has been focused on Qlik-based business intelligence projects for over 15 years. The integration enables BE-terna to expand its capacities, develop competencies and act as a trusted enabler for dynamic digitalisation projects through an extended solution portfolio with industry-specific know-how and technical expertise.Beyond that, there will be no further changes. The Qlik Elite Solution Providers of heldendaten will also support the BE-terna companies from consulting and planning to implementation and training, with strong commitment and extensive technological and business expertise. This is backed up by over 15 years of experience and 200 implemented projects ranging in size from 15 to 2000 users.
The integration into an international group is a targeted and important step for us. Together, we are now the strongest Qlik partner in the entire European region. Our customers will benefit greatly from the expanded solution portfolio and the additional capacities of consultants and developers of the BE-terna Group
