More flexible processes with the new business software solution

With roughly 220 employees and an export business in 42 countries, IKO Sportartikel Handels GmbH is tailored to international growth, and the new system also needs to reflect this development, which is why Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management was chosen as standard. Among other things, the project's goals are to simplify business processes between individual sites and to connect existing webshops. Furthermore, the aim is to cut down on third-party systems and to increase the flexibility and scalability of the company's processes across all levels. This new business software solution is not only turning this outdoor and cycling specialist into a cloud-based company but is also paving the way for easily connecting additional production locations and subsidiaries.
