Exciting customer stories – Case study: OLYMP

The authentic, unfiltered, and individual customer stories are especially captivating. This year, the case study of Olymp Bezner KG demonstrated how a high level of detail in the industry solution led to an optimal system. Angela Bundschu, Head of Organisation and Project Management at OLYMP Bezner KG, and Frank Lipfert, Senior Project Manager at BE-terna, presented the path to an ERP solution that fits perfectly, like a tailor-made shirt.

The previously used custom ERP development was fully tailored to OLYMP’s specific business processes. This same approach was taken when the project to overhaul the ERP landscape began. BE-terna, with their extensive fashion expertise, understood the requirements. Step by step, the financial accounting, supply chain, and sales were transitioned, along with logistics integration, using BE-terna Fashion on Microsoft Dynamics. As a result, OLYMP's process chains were optimized and automated.
