NOVO-TECH TRADING GmbH & Co. KG has enjoyed superbly swift growth since it was established, and it is now the market leader in Europe with its 134 employees. This growth also went hand in hand with increased demands being placed on suitable business software. The introduction of Microsoft Dynamics NAV and the BE-Project sector solution enabled NOVO-TECH to map all of its business processes within the two solutions and to enhance the efficiency of its business processes.

Warehouse logistics especially posed a particular challenge. NOVO TECH GmbH & Co. KG produces its goods mainly for stock so that it can process orders as quickly as possible. To this end, a separate warehouse analysis map was integrated into the system to show where the company has storage capacity.

The company markets patio decking and fences made of an innovative, polymer-bound wood-based material under its megawood® brand. The wood material is made from a natural fibre content of up to 75%, polymers and eco-friendly additives.
