When did you realize that the field of automation solutions was a perfect fit for you?

During my studies, I had a chance to develop an RPA solution with OpenAI connection and dive into the UiPath platform. I learned what this technology can do and its potential across various industries. It is a very exciting field to be part of.

What do you particularly like about it?

I like the combination of software development and direct engagement in business operations. Being involved in the entire lifecycle of an automation solution, from initial analysis through development to implementation, and witnessing its impact on businesses is very rewarding. There is a special joy in seeing the satisfaction of stakeholders when our solutions address their challenges.
Also, there are many interesting and inspiring people focusing on this area, our BE-terna team is a great example.

What are the requirements to get started in your position, and what kind of people would you most like to see in this career field?

It is a great position for someone who is excited about technology and wants to play an active role in digital transformation. Having some solid tech skills and experience in business process optimization is a good start.

This industry is constantly evolving, so it is great for anyone who is curious, likes challenges and is ready to learn continuously.

What does your typical workday look like?

Currently, I’m fully focused on a long-term project within a private bank. My days are a mix of developing new bots, maintaining existing ones, and staying in close communication with stakeholders to ensure our solutions align with their needs and objectives.

Do you have certain rituals or objects that you can't work without?

Besides my computer set up and frequent dosing of coffee, I do not. But, of course, I cannot work without my team.

What project would you like to implement at some point in your career?

I am enthusiastic about upcoming projects with new AI functionalities. The increasing implementation of the latest technologies into our solutions is something I am particularly drawn to.
