He has a background in electrical engineering, an MBA from Henley Management College UK, and a PhD in economics. His expertise lies in innovation management, Industry 4.0/5.0, ESG, and bridging academia and industry through research and policy work.

Dr. Nemanja Lojanica is an Associate Professor at the Faculty of Economics, University of Kragujevac, specializing in macroeconomics, energy economics, and econometrics. With over 50 publications, he focuses on economic growth, energy policy, and carbon footprint management. He also serves as Editorial Secretary of Ekonomski horizonti and contributes to research projects.

Biljana Lazarević is a Senior Consultant at Casa Forte and an EBRD-listed consultant for ASB and IP programs. She specializes in training and tailor-made projects for businesses and institutions, publishing on SME development platforms. She is also the creator of the Coin&Fund business simulation and a professor at the University of Kragujevac.
