MK-Illumination uses Microsoft and BE-terna for digitalisation in sales, marketing & project management

A digital quantum leap

Going forward, the CRM solution implemented will help to coordinate in all activities in marketing and sales with a view to creating optimised workflows. The time saved by doing this can then in turn be used for direct interaction with customers. Efficient project management is essential for MK Illumination when it comes to customer care. As such, involving the project managers, graphic designers and designers in the sales process was a key step in this project when it came to optimising all points of contact with the customer and reinforcing the brand’s image on the market.

Lighting the way

Both partners agreed on a gradual introduction of the new CRM system. The initial release in Sales and Marketing is set to take place promptly at the main headquarters so as to showcase the investment in digitalisation quickly and to ensure that the whole company, particularly the employees, can benefit from the advantages in summer 2020.
