As a member of the Sales team, you will represent BE-terna and its business software solutions. In close cooperation with the marketing department, you should always be ready to turn leads into customers. You will establish valuable relationships with decision-makers and understand their pain points and needs.
In our Inside Sales department, you will generate leads via cold and warm calling, social selling campaigns and direct contact with client representatives. You cooperate with Marketing, Sales and Product Management whilst being responsible for the initial contact with prospects.
Based on the input that your Solution Sales colleagues provide, you configure prototypes and demo environments by preparing engaging showcases. You are responsible for providing technical advice and handing over the project to the Implementation team.
As a Solution Sales specialist, you will acquire potential customers in your assigned area and are responsible for the whole sales process. You represent BE-terna together with our product and service portfolio, whilst conveying our philosophy by being a living example of what it means to be a proper digitalization partner.
Let's be frank: While having a tech/software background can be advantageous at BE-terna, sales is a unique domain. Being the best Technology expert doesn't automatically guarantee success as a Salesperson. However, if you possess empathy for people, enjoy problem-solving in the business realm, and have strong communication skills, our team at BE-terna will provide on-the-job training and introduce you to the captivating IT world.
