#yourmission

• Digitalize business processes with our Microsoft ERP solutions tailored for retail
• Analyze retail operations, offer strategic advice, and translate customer needs into practical solutions
• Guide key users during implementation, ensuring parameterization and scope management of the project
• Conduct training and software testing
• Compile clear technical descriptions and communicate them effectively with the technical team
• Build strong customer relationships using your retail expertise
• Plan, coordinate, and document activities in alignment with budgets and timelines 

#yoursuperpowers

• University degree (or equivalent) in a technical or business-related discipline
• At least 2 years of experience as a consultant or a desire to transition from a retail-focused role into IT
• A strong customer service orientation
• Curiosity and proactive approach to learning new skills
• Understanding of retail business dynamics
• Excellent English skills, additional languages are a plus
