#your mission

• Lead the team for Microsoft Dynamics Business Central ERP solution, focusing on supply chain management processes 
  
• Coordinate, delegate and monitor team tasks  
  
• Drive the team to deliver on-time, within scope, expected quality and set KPIs 
  
• Effectively discuss and negotiate solutions and change requests with customers 
  
• Listen customers’ needs/pains and discover/communicate new ways BE-terna can help their business 
  
• Advise the customer on how to implement the standard solution in most optimum way 
  
• Monitor and communicate team status, task accomplishment and direction 
• Responsibility for ensuring that risks and issues are identified and managed closely and escalate issues, which cannot be resolved by the team 
  
• Serve as the interface between the team, other teams and Management 
  
• Be a mentor to juniors in your team and take care of transfering knowledge

• You are familiar in supply chain processes, you have consultant experience and aspire to become a team lead 
  
•  Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in business or technology 
  
• An analytical mind with problem-solving abilities 
  
• A team player with excellent communication and presentation skills 
  
• Customer service orientation 
  
• Excellent command of written and spoken English  
  
• Good people skills
