#yourmission

• Managing projects of all sizes (small, medium, enterprise)
• Setting objectives in line with the client’s needs
• Short-term and long-term capacity planning
• Adjusting the standard methodology to fit the needs of a particular project
• Ensure that projects are delivered on-time, within scope, expected quality, within budget and set KPIs
• Participating in the pre-sales process and preparation of the sales offers and contracts
• Capturing lessons learned on the project and adjusting to change 
• Reporting regularly to internal and external project stakeholders Actively participate in project reviews

#yoursuperpowers

• At least 3 years of experience in IT project management (preferably ERP/business solutions implementation projects)
• Familiarity with project management processes
• Ready to take full responsibility for project success
• Multitasking
• Excellent command of written and spoken English
• A pragmatic problem solver and out-of-the box analytical thinker
• Able to delegate tasks and mentor junior colleagues
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Outstanding communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
• A person with a keen eye for details
• University degree (preferably FON)
