• Develop and implement innovative strategies/initiatives to promote partner programs and drive success within the partner ecosystem.
  
• Support our technology of our partners to help shape partnership and maximize its potential.
  
• Build close relationships with partners and maintain them to ensure continuous collaboration and growth.
  
• Establish scalable processes for various partners and international markets.
  
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to support partner marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with our overall strategy and enhancing joint marketing efforts.
  
• Ensure compliance with legal regulations in collaboration with the legal team.
  
• Work with internal teams to align partner initiatives with our company goals.

#yoursuperpowers

• Completed degree or equivalent education in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Partner Channel Management; alternatively, in a related role, preferably in the technical domain, with at least 5 years of professional experience.
  
• Demonstrated successful development of partner programs and maintenance of close relationships.
  
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  
• Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment; proactive problem-solving.
  
• Fluent in English, with German proficiency being desirable.
  
• Willingness to travel for partner meetings and industry events.
