• Manage and maintain complex IT systems, infrastructure, and networks, ensuring high availability and optimal performance 
• Provide advanced internal IT support for a wide range of technical issues 
• Design, implement, configure, and troubleshoot both on-premises and cloud-based systems (Microsoft Azure, MS365, etc.) 
• Lead initiatives to ensure security, reliability, and scalability of the company's IT infrastructure 
• Collaborate with vendors, IT teams, and stakeholders to resolve technical issues and continuously improve system efficiency 
• Oversee the deployment, configuration, and management of servers, endpoints, and network devices 
• Perform proactive system monitoring, patch management, and troubleshooting to prevent potential issues 

#yoursuperpowers

• Proven experience in IT, with a strong foundation in systems and network administration (minimum 2-3 years) 
• Expertise in managing Microsoft technology stack (MS on-prem Infrastructure, MS Azure, M365, etc.) 
• Solid understanding of networking concepts, including DHCP, routing, VLAN, VPN, and other related protocols 
• Hands-on experience with system management tools and monitoring solutions 
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft server technologies and endpoint management (Windows Server, Windows 11, etc.) 
• Advanced problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex technical challenges 
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities, with the ability to present technical information clearly to non-technical stakeholders 
• Advanced English
• A proactive and continuous learning mindset 

*Bonus Skills: 

• Familiarity with Active Directory, PowerShell scripting, SharePoint, and other Microsoft products 
• Experience with cloud infrastructure and security best practices 
• Certification in relevant technologies (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, CompTIA Network+, etc.)
