#your mission

• Analyze and understand clients’ financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Support the implementation of Farseer solutions by customizing them to clients’ needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, clean, and analyze data relevant to planning processes.
• Translate customer requirements into actionable solutions, ensuring alignment with available functionalities.
• Lead workshops and training sessions to empower key users to utilize Farseer effectively.
• Provide guidance on optimizing processes through data-driven decision-making.
• Develop and present reports and dashboards to ensure the control of the planning process.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and additional use cases.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their pain points and offering tailored solutions.
• Ensure successful project delivery within defined scope, time, and budget.

#yoursuperpowers

• Experience in data analysis, financial planning, or budgeting processes, with a strong understanding of data flows and systems integration.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, or a related field.
• Proficiency in tools like Excel, Power BI, or similar data visualization software.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to derive insights from complex data sets.
• Team player with excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Customer-oriented mindset with a proactive and solution-focused approach.
• Familiarity with financial planning and analytics tools (e.g., Farseer, SAP PP, Oracle EPM, Adaptive Insights, Anaplan) is a strong advantage.
• Fluency in English and the local language.
• Eagerness to learn, grow, and implement cutting-edge solutions.
