Dev Team Lead - F&O

#your mission

• Lead a team of developers working on exciting F&O projects
•  Design, develop, and implement solutions using .NET or F&O
• Support the team with technical expertise and ensure the high quality of deliverables
• Plan and prioritize development tasks in line with project timelines and client needs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide feedback for continuous improvement
• Participate in code reviews, ensuring best practices and code quality
• Share knowledge and mentor junior developers on the team
• Adjust methodologies to meet specific project requirements and guide the team to deliver results within scope and on time
  

#yoursuperpowers

• 3+ years of development experience, ideally in F&O or .NET environments
• Strong technical expertise in designing and implementing business solutions
• Experience in leading teams is a plus but not a must
• Ability to manage and prioritize tasks efficiently
• Problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail
• Excellent command of written and spoken English
• Great communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Eager to collaborate and thrive in a team environment
